HOW WE SAFEGUARD

Security, Retention and Your Rights

Your account is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and regular security audits. We keep personal data only as long as your account is active, plus one year after closure for regulatory compliance.

Data Encryption

All deposits, withdrawals and personal records transit over HTTPS and are stored in AES-256 encrypted vaults. We do not log or retain full payment card numbers.

Cookie & Tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how you navigate the lobby. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Third-Party Access

We share data with payment processors (for DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS transactions), anti-fraud vendors, and game studios only as needed. Each partner signs a data protection agreement.

Withdrawal & Export

Request a complete copy of your personal data in CSV format via Settings > Privacy & Data. We prepare and email it within 5 business days at no cost.

Account Closure

You can close your account anytime in Settings > Account. Funds are returned to your payment method within 1–3 business days depending on the rail used.

Changes to This Policy

We update this privacy policy when regulations or our practices change. Material changes are sent to your registered email 30 days before taking effect. Continued play means you accept the new terms.

Frequently Asked About Your Data

Your payment method is tokenized—we store a secure code, not your card or bank details. All transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment processors handle the actual deposit and withdrawal; we never see your full account number.
